Why Meno@Work exists

Menopause is a reality for a significant part of today’s workforce - yet in many organisations, it is still not addressed in a structured or practical way. Employees often navigate this phase without clear support, while leaders and HR lack the tools and confidence to respond appropriately. We created Meno@Work to close this gap - with a solution that is practical, accessible and designed for real workplace environments.

Our perspective

Meno@Work is built on a combination of personal experience, leadership insight and technology. Olivia, co-founder, is in her late forties and experiencing the realities of perimenopause first-hand – as are many of her friends and peers who are actively engaged in their professional lives. Through these conversations, one thing became clear: the need for support is real, yet the topic often remains unspoken. In contrast to some Anglo-Saxon countries, many European organisations are still at an early stage in addressing menopause in the workplace. We believe it is time to change that – with practical solutions, greater awareness and a more confident approach.

What we do differently

Meno@Work is not a one-off initiative or awareness campaign. We provide a structured, ready-to-use platform that combines community, knowledge, training and expert input in one integrated solution. Designed to be simple to implement, and relevant from day one.

Our approach

We aim to support organisations across Europe in addressing menopause in a way that is practical, professional and aligned with everyday work. At the same time, we believe that real impact requires local understanding. Meno@Work combines a scalable platform with local experts, regional perspectives and language-specific communities.

Small human touch

A small note. If you are wondering whether this topic is relevant: It already exists in your organisation. The only question is whether it is addressed - or left unspoken.
